I'm a first-year student in Ingénierie des Systèmes Complexes at HES-SO Valais-Wallis in Sion, with a CFC in IT operations behind me. I got into engineering the practical way first — running systems — and I'm now filling in the theory underneath.

My defining habit: I build things from scratch, on principle. Cryptographic protocols implemented by hand, a multi-cycle RISC-V processor in VHDL, a custom Rust shell for my own desktop paradigm. I want to understand and control every layer of the stack I stand on — from the FPGA to the reverse proxy.

On the practical side, I run my own infrastructure: a VPS hosting self-built tools (including the invoicing platform I wrote for my freelance work), a heavily customized Arch/Hyprland setup, and enough Docker to keep it all reproducible.

    Custom WordPress themes and websites for local organizations and SMEs. Recent work: full rebuild of swissskipatrol.ch as a hand-coded theme (replacing a page-builder setup), with performance optimization and a mobile-first responsive design. I also built and self-host my own invoicing & mission-management platform to run the business.
